This website is for the book Friendship …in a lonely age. When this policy says “we,” it means the people who run this site and the related email updates.

- Submit a Reader Story
- Contact us through the site
- Opt into updates or related email campaigns (for example, a book club starter kit or confirmation email)
We do not ask for payment details, phone numbers, or other personal profiles on this site.

- Reader Story emails: to confirm your submission and, with your permission, to feature your story.
- Contact emails: answered directly by our team.
- Update / campaign emails: sent only if you have asked for them (including confirmation emails required to join a list).
Email addresses you share are used only to send email campaigns and related messages about this book and community. They are not used for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, trade, or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.
To deliver the emails you request, we use a reputable email service (Zoho Campaigns) solely as a tool to store list contacts and send those messages. That service is not given permission to use your information for any other purpose.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time (every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link).
- Request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
